What about me?

I started this blog as another method of therapy. I want to tell my story, educate, and advocate for change in the American Diet Culture obsessed society. I am in my mid 50s. I've been living in a cyclone of eating disorder variations, since I was 14. When I started to learn about all of the medical conditions I've acquired, I realized I needed to get treatment. The Meadows Ranch was priceless and everything I needed to start. The Center for Discovery is my current treatment. I've been at this for 22 weeks. I am so grateful for the treatment staff, all of my fellow clients, and that I have some fabulous insurance.
